Thanks for the note Jim! That is an excellent question. To be honest, I didn't deliver the message via video, simply because I didn't think about it. :) But I will certainly take that into consideration as we are getting ready to launch a weekly video tip. Perhaps this will be the first one. :)

Regarding your second question, we started our company in 2005. In my opinion, we were successful immediately. I had lined up 3 clients before I quit my corporate job. Within 6 months of working in the business full-time, I had a full practice of clients. In our first 10 months in business, we generated over $75K in income. You can expect to make mistakes, learn from them and to work hard. You can expect feeling elated and sometimes overwhelmed. You can expect to learn a LOT about yourself and become a better version of you. It didn't take long to setup the business, just a couple of months to incorporate, set up bank accounts, choose a name, get a business license, all the formal stuff.

If you'd like to discuss this topic further, apply for a "Profit Breakthrough" session and I'll be able to go into more detail.

Warm regard,s

Thanks for the great tips and sharing your knowledge. I'm just getting started with an idea to use multimedia for small and medium size business web sites. Question-since you're discussing how to use video why didn't you deliver the message on video? No disrespect intended here I just think it could have driven your point even further. You obviously know your stuff well so the second question I have for you is how long did it take you to get set up to the point where you are now. I believe I have a good idea but I have never tried venturing out on my own and would like an idea of what to expect, the steps needed, and how long it takes, to set up a business.

Thanks, again, for the helpful tips!

Sincerely,
