I have spent the last year and a half trying to figure out how to write procedures so that my staff can provide the same high quality predictable work that I do so well. I am excited to anounce that I am just finishing up some minor details of this project. Testing shows these are working very well. This will allow us to take on a large amount of new clients and still provide quality service to our clients.
