I totally agree. The word "sales" has a bad rep, but it is completely undeserved. It's the individual who is "hawking" their services without any regard for their prospect's well-being that should have a bad reputation. We buy and sell everyday without thinking about it because there are products and services we need just to function in our lives. Thus, this is why as service professionals we should always approach conversations with prospects from a place of wanting to help and solve a problem. Thanks for the comment Diane! I totally agree.
