The generations that have been leading the way the past 100 years will pass on the knowledge and wisdom to set a strong foundation for the next 100 years. The most successful mentorship program is when the mentor-mentee line is blurred! Seasoned WBOs can assist in helping pave the way to the top, while younger WBOs can provide valuable insight into new trends.
Women in Power… Support Other Women
WBO2WBO Connections will allow attendees to be strategically matched with WBOs who are currently sourcing for their products and/or services. The meetings will be 10 minutes each and a schedule will be provided prior to the conference. Current and potential partnership opportunities from each attendee will be published in a WBO2WBO sourcing guide exclusively for attendees.

The bill requires the addition of a woman to all publicly-held corporate boards headquartered in California. Propel 2020 policy tracks will focus on providing information and training to make women feel confident in considering advocacy, commission work, and political positions; plus educate attendees on current and proposed legislation that might impact their businesses.
