“Before I started working with Sydni, I wanted to get some marketing help – but wasn’t sure who I wanted to work with. My coaching business is very relationship based so I didn’t want the traditional “sales” oriented marketing pitches that I’ve seen. I also don’t want to make millions so I didn’t want to work with someone who had that approach in mind.
I heard Sydni speaking in a webinar interview and I liked her style and attitude, her appreciation of corporate environments, her easy style of marketing and a non-“salesy” approach to her work.
I’ve found that working with Sydni allows you the flexibility to create your own path, but she couples it with strict accountability. She is easy to talk with – but she keeps you on target! You can achieve what you really want and she provides you with the resources to help you get there.
On the 2-day retreat, I got help in clarifying my overall goals and creating a six-month plan to get there. It was great to meet Sydni and to be able to put a “face” with the voice. I liked the teaching points she covered – they were broad enough for each of us to connect to our respective businesses. Working with other participants was terrific as well. It was great to have sounding boards to help us all keep on track with where we want to go, and to offer fresh perspectives.
