“The idea of presenting my interior design services in packages was new to me, but all of the program ideas were so good I decided to give it a try. My clients usually pay me a retainer for my services, but the packages allow me to present my services in a concrete way – client pays X and gets Y. It takes the guesswork out of how far their dollar will go and what exactly they will get for it. The benefit to me is that I know what my monthly income will be for those clients. Two out of the three clients I’ve presented the packages to have signed up for them.
This way I can count on that money being “spent” in a particular time period vs. some clients who spread out my time over months (with one retainer). I also don’t have to keep track of my time with the package, so that’s nice.
Overall, the program gave me a new way to look at my clients, my business and how to manage my time.
