Working with Sydni has been phenomenal!
“My business was brand new – I had the ideas in my head but no idea of how to move forward. I knew that I was interested in writing a book, self publishing and speaking and was looking at options for marketing. I was overwhelmed with options – and I ended up spending a lot of time worrying about marketing. I was lost in a maze of social media, emails and marketing ideas.
Eventually, I found a few resources I trusted and attended a live event. My husband and I met Sydni, in person there, and we felt comfortable with her from the get go. It was never on my radar to hire a marketing coach, but sitting through the conference and listening to the importance of coaches, I realized that I needed one. I had come up with so many ideas – but I had no idea where to start. I felt like I was drowning in information.
Working with Sydni has been phenomenal. I can see the big picture really well, but can’t focus on the steps very well. She was great at getting me focused, and brought me back to what I needed to do right then. She helped me stay focused and look at just the very next step.
She not only trained me – she helped me train myself so that I can apply what I learned moving forward. She got me focused on my client – who is this person, male or female, age, family situation, work hours, type of work they do – all of these little details that I hadn’t considered. She made me fine tune my idea of my client and then give her a name – and it has been insanely helpful. I feel like she is walking next to me – I’m in her mind. I know her inside out. It’s easy for me now to figure out how my offerings would work for me and for the benefit of my client.
Sydni challenged me, pushed me, pulled me, prodded me and help me move into areas where I had been uncomfortable – and ways that I didn’t know existed. She’s firm yet gentle at the same time. She was good at helping me see what I’d learned and appreciating where I’m at – all while maintaining a positive outlook about the next step. She was good at making me move and treating me like a person that she really cared about. I didn’t feel like a client – I felt like she was a friend who had a lot of expertise.”
