Our business started as 100% referral based, but it’s dwindled over time. I see now that there are multiple ways of creating referral business other than hitting our customers up periodically.

Well, we already had the foundation setup with referral opportunities, so your video has inspired me to enhance our strategy. We’ve also built strategic alliances within the IT industry, so now I’m coming up with ways to build alliances outside of our industry (e.g., business services). I now have a plan to use our referral networking clubs not only for direct sales leads but for affiliations as well. Your video has caused me to think outside the box in a number of ways, so I will likely be in touch in the very near future.
