Great question Brian! Two easy incentives to create are a special discount on services, IF they decide promptly. (i.e. $xxx off if they opt-in today). Or a special bonus that is exclusive and just for past clients. You want to be sure to highlight the value and benefit of such incentives, so they know what they are getting and why. Also, make sure you’ve calculated carefully your net revenue after offering an incentive to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the final number.
